James brings more than 25 years of public and private sector senior leadership experience to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer at Wellmaster. James is the Chair of the Canadian Manufactures and Exporters (CME) Ontario Advisory Board, and a member of CME’s National Policy Council. In addition, James is a member of the Future Focus leadership effectiveness training program Advisory Board. James and the Wellmaster team are driving innovation in the North American and global groundwater, energy, and horticultural/agricultural sectors that make a difference for customers, value chain partners, and the local and global community.

Doug White brings more than 60 years of experience in finance and manufacturing to the table. He has led the development of our four divisions and the expansion of Wellmaster into global marketplaces such as Germany, Japan, and China. Key to this success has been Doug’s drive to make strategic investments in technology and innovation. Doug has transitioned to Executive Director at Wellmaster following his 30-year tenure as company President.

After travelling the world, Jeff Hanson came to Wellmaster 24 years ago on a one month contract. He’s been here ever since. An integral part of our team, he has a hand in every stage of the production process from design to delivery, and thrives on being part of a dynamic company that’s constantly innovating.  

Over 30 years ago, Cam joined our team and has worked with us ever since. He helps drive the environmental and now the Waterwell side of our operation and loves nothing more than making our customers come back by providing competitive prices and excellent service. Cam is part of the family here at Wellmaster and can’t imagine working anywhere else.
